CourtReserve can be downloaded on your phone/tablet/device through the App Store/ Google Play Store.

Do I need to reserve a court?

Only if you want to guarantee court time, the fee varies upon time requested. Open Play will be subject to rotation.

Do I have to/register pay in advance?

No, but Jam On It will accept customers on a First-In-First-Out Basis should the facility be full.

What is drop-in/open play?

It is a casual and inclusive way to play where players of different skill levels come together and have a friendly, social experience while enjoying pickleball.

What is the surface of pickleball courts at Reno Convention Center?

They are indoor hard courts with a rough acrylic texture, emulating outdoor hardcourts without the weather considerations.

No, you are not allowed to bring food/drink from outside, except for closed-lid water containers.

Yes.

Do I need to bring my own paddle and balls?

Jam On It Pickleball has loaner paddles available for , demo and/or purchase. ID and credit card is required to check out demo equipment. No fee will be charged upon return of equipment. Paddles and balls may be available for purchase.

Can I play after my court reservation time?

Yes, you are welcome to stay and rotate in with other players following the paddle system, you will have to pay the drop-in fee.

Are certified instructors allowed to book a court to give lessons at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center?
